Here's my entry for my stream twin Kingcraft's fanart contest with the awesome shorthand KFC xD
I decided to draw Eclipse, one of his OCs ^^

I couldn't draw the magic as originally intended, so I had to do some quick fixes to still make it work. I wanted to have it cover more of the body, mainly the hands and the lower parts of the legs, so I never really drew those bits, but since it didn't work out I had to think of some other solutions xD

I like the magic as King drew it, I never draw it that way so I thought it was nice to try (but the original is nicer imo) OvO.

The face also gave me trouble: lately I've been having issues drawing faces well, and I'm having some extra trouble with mouths. I think part of the reason is that I'm trying to draw them differently to fit with the way
I'm kinda doing shading, but it's kinda hard to make things fit.

Still, I couldn't draw the intended expression, but it does look pretty nice this way OwO

I wanted to do a more foreshortened slightly more epic pose, but this was as far as I got. Of course, that kinda stuff is still really hard and I've only recently been really trying it for long enough to turn it into a proper drawing xD
I mean.. I've tried before, but threw out things after like 10 seconds xD
I think I owe it to the move and transform tools that I can keep trying. When you try it on paper you have to start all over, but with digital you can drag parts around and change their size to make it work more quickly. It just feels lees frustrating to not throw out the entire thing constantly.

I do quite like how it ended up, and apparently other people liked it too, cuz I won the competition QwQ

Anyway, next time I wanna draw the demon twins, so I expect some proper references on your toy house page King (staring intensifies)!
