Meant for this to be a panel in a comic but that'll have to wait until tomorrow. Jinn is definitely a different kind of character than we're used to. She's also one of the few characters in the show to have an original character model. Unlike the actual main characters. I got to use a few different effects and figure out which needs fixing, but I'm not drawing her again.ΒRelated content

Was such a surprise when this character was added to the cast of RWBY, but I loved how it enabled us to hear the true origins of Salem and Ozpin from an unbiased source. They also came up with a unique design that you've captured wonderfully - inhumanly beautiful yet not without emotion or compassion

Rooster Teeth didn't "rip off" this design this is their own original design. They may have been influence and/or inspired by other animes such as Magic or Sinbad, but they're not coppying anyone else's character designs.
