I made some new Pokemon for a region I still haven't named. First I'm gonna post the starters and their evolutions, as well as information about them.

KARNIVARA (K + Carnival + Ara)
The Large Parrot Pokemon
The second evolution of Peckoo

Since Karnivaras are heavier and their wings are too small, they often use their long and wide capes for flying. Thanks to them, they can fly faster and longer without stopping for a moment.

Type: Grass/Fairy
Weight: 60 kg/132 lbs.
Height: 1,8 m/5'11" ft.
Ability: Overgrow/Loud Noise*
Exclusive moves: Singing Outburst** (Fairy Type, Special, 10 PP, 120 Power, --- % Accuracy)

*The user makes a really loud noise, making sound-based attack's power doubled and disabling abilities such as Soundproof or Cacophony.
** The user unleashes a powerful and loud sound that affects every Pokemon on the field. The attack never misses, but the user can't move on the next turn.
