I really don't know. I didn't have anything in particular in mind at the time, aside from "I haven't drawn anything Homestuck-related yet. I should fix that."
I guess anything could be happening? Like
-Gamzee is honking at Karkat. Nepeta hears the noise and is all "WHAT'S THAT"
-Gamzee is honking at Nepeta, who is amused by it. Karkat steps in to make his "You guys are idiots" face.
-Gamzee is holding Karkat's attention so Nepeta can sneak up and pounce him.
-Gamzee is spaced out and honking at nothing in particular. Karkat finds the noise annoying, so he drops by to glare at Gamzee. Nepeta sees Karkat with his guard down and is about to pounce him.
It's whatever you want it to be! For all I know Gamzee could be communicating in honk code to an off-screen Terezi as Karkat inspects his facepaint, meanwhile Nepeta sees a buffalo or something in the distance.
