I drew these around June of last year but I completely forgot about it until just now. the sketches turned out fine so idk why I never finished them earlier! :0

Anyway, meet Lani! within the RP universe, she works at the same marine institute that Robert often volunteers at, and they both work on various ocean conservation projects together! Robert sees her as a good friend - since she shares that same kind of passion for ocean life that he has, they both get along very well. ;o;

Lani's a rather outspoken young woman and a real go-getter; with a vibrant personality and a willingness to try new things. but she's also a good listener and will do her best to make sure she sees eye-to-eye with the people around her! she's really one of the only people outside of Robert's close family who he trusts wholeheartedly, tbh. as a result, their friendship ends up lasting a lifetime ;w;

I'm glad I got around to finishing these sketches. I tried two slight differences with the hair lengths, and I think I personally prefer the longer hair on her :0 curly hair is tricky but fun to draw haha
