This is Selene's Orphange outfit when Selene stayed at an orphange after waking up from her coma as a 5 year old girl (similiar to Aguri Madoka) for a month.

Description: Selene had short hair and wore a white dress with long icy blue sleeve top, bow, white knee-length frilly socks, and black maryjanes. She also has a white hat with icy blue ribbon.

(Originally there was icy blue leggings and white maryjanes, but I misread and dre too fast. Oops)
