Uber-spiffy shading and costume design. Like limnersphere and Brianne333 said, something sensible on a woman, a true rarity in fantasy art.
One little nitpick, though. Her right knee seems a bit too pointed. I could be looking at it wrong, but I think knees are a bit more rounded. They do have a slight bulge, but it's further down, not right at the top. Still spiffy. I like her shiny --I mean, weapon! Looks like a fun toy.

I agree with Brianne333 she is suitably dressed for the job, no skimpy half naked clothing. She clothing almost looks like a cross between celtic/scottish kilt. Reasonable armor, light enough to not encumber her as she is dodging blows from a giant as she tries to get behind the monster to dig her bladed staff in...I am wondering if those are vials or knives in her bolero sling (poison would make sense if she can get it into an open wound, knives would be too small to cause any damage)?

Another nice one, I like how she doesn't look too feminine, like she could actually fight because she's wearing armor and isn't half naked lol. Nice work!

Wonderful detail and shading... 'though for all the detail on the woman and her clothing, the.. eagle?... on her shoulder looks a tad plain.
