Fairly well done; however the hand on her hip could be drawn differently by showing just her three fingers and leaving out her thumb since most hip holding involves clasping their hip with their thumb behind.
Also, Pacifica's bangs extend a little more outward. The extension of her bangs make her face less rounded and pushed inward.
But, fine work overall and hands are, without a doubt, the most difficult thing to draw.
And, next time, add a bit of contour or shading so the picture doesn't look so flat and lifeless. Adding shading, whether it's faded by using a blur technique or just two-toned with a darker value gives artwork more impact on the viewers and makes it look more professional.
