They rarely initiate conversations, even with other mons they know. They still like to go to social gatherings, but usually fade into the background unless another mon invites them over, which they still might refuse.

he is very good at planning ahead and reading situations. in general they are pretty smart as well. due to this he can be somewhat tricky to deal with in battle.
Brave
They can rush into situations without hesitation, but not without thinking.
Easily Embarrassed
this can be simple such as him blushing over flirting or wanting to hide away for a while. But he also tends to hide his wounds until they get more serious.
Very Serious
he doent like people who goof off, are overconfident, ect. He doesnt really get jokes either, it is very rare to see him laugh unless with friends in private. However he always takes fights seriously and is careful not to underestimate someone.
Mild Tempered
while not quick to anger, if you push his buttons he will get annoyed and snappy. They can even be petty sometimes and refuse to work with someone if he feels they are annoying. he also tends to sulk and can get moody.
Loyal
Legion really likes Rocket-Hideout, even if some of its members can get on his nerves. the place is a second chance of life to him. while he doesnt care much for strangers, once he gets to know someone he becomes rather attached. he may not be able to show his affection the best, (even though he deeply wants too) but he still cares for his friends a lot, and would do anything to help or protect them.
Impatient
he doesnt like waiting around to get ready or for people to be sure of themselves. if someone doesnt understand one of his plans he is quick to ignore them and do it without them.

Legion was one of the few Meowths not born into a city or town, and instead born in a forest along with his siblings. however, his time in the wild didnt last long. A young trainer arrived in the forest one day and was easily able to capture the young meowth.

Legion was very hard to deal with and feral at first. he never cooperated with his trainer, usually having to be given sleeping pills so he could go back into his pokeball. Legion soon calmed down after he realized he'd never be able to go back into the wild, but he still refused to go into his pokeball. surprisingly his trainer allowed him to be out most of the time. Legion rarely saw the other pokemon that the trainer had, due to them almost always being in their pokeballs.

Legion was trained harsh and often, while not abused he was pushed near his limit a lot. he also was not rewarded or showed affection from his trainer, causing him to become shy at physical interactions. Legion quickly evolved into a Persian at the younger age of 13.

Only a year later, one of the trainer's pokemon, a Braviary, was gravely wounded in battle. The trainer freaked out, trying their best to get the pokemon into a pokecenter, however they where too far away and the Braviary ended up passing. Legion did not really know them, but was still effected by the sight of one dying after battle.

The trainer buried the large flying-type pokemon under a beautiful tree in the forest, keeping some of the Braviary's feathers.

The next few days the trainer was much harsher to Legion, as he was the only pokemon out at the time. The trainer even physically lashed out at Legion, though legion was able to barely dodge the attack.

about a month after the Braviary's death, Legion was given some sleeping pills inside his food, something that has not happened in a long time, and promptly put back into his Pokeball. when Legion awoke, he was in a cage in some strange building, at first he thought perhaps it was a vet checkup, but something seemed... off.

After speaking to some pokemon in neighboring cages, (Who where hybrids, of all things!) he learned several things.
1. this was not a good place to be, and 2. His trainer's treatment was not normal.

He could not do anything as he was experimented on, and soon enough he found himself changing. some of his fur got darker, and he started growing feathers. one day, when he woke up after an experiment, he found himself completely different. He had more feathers, birdlike feet, and even wings! he was able to recognize them rather quickly, and he knew he would never be the same.

His trainer, happy with Legion's changes, took the pokemon back into his care via pokeball. the moment Legion was released from the ball and found himself not in the cage or facility anymore he attacked his trainer, knocking them to the ground and breaking his pokeball. He ran, and never looked back that day.

For a while he wondered, he felt like a freak, and was unsure what to do with himself. he was 16 at the time, having been a hybrid for almost two years, and he barely knew how to fly. one day, he saw some strange pokemon running away from some growlith. He quickly realized that some where hybrids, and he rushed over and helped them.

After they where safe, the pokemon thanked Legion, not seeming surprised by his looks. Legion quickly asked to join them (which he is still embarrassed about) and they took him back to Rocket Hideout.

since joining the hideout, he has never been more sure of himself. He learned new physical things about his body, such as how to take proper care of his wings and fly properly (which he was very good at) at even more personal things such as his pronouns and sexuality, he is even proud of the fact he is a hybrid now. he may be quiet and seem like a serious sally to some, but he loves his new home regardless.
