This is gorgeous, her face and hair are just both so lovely. I think there could be more dimension especially in the hair. Mostly I'd say giving darker hues to the hair in the background.
Also perhaps a peak of a shoulder or some part of a body. It almost looks like she is a floating head. This might be what you were going for I'm not sure. It still looks lovely with a hint uncanny disturbance due to the extended neck. Which I do like, I'm just not sure if that was your intent.
