I used the same model, I simply added effects, adjusted the lighting in MMD and used photo editing software to enhance the photo.
Try this:
Load model using FIGURE SHADER effect and apply these settings.
Perspective: 14
Lighting Manipulation: X: -0.1 Y: -0.2 Z: +1.0
and replace the texture in the folder with this one:
TGA No Preview
It should give the somewhat the same result as my picture.
