I bred my alolan male ninetales to my kanto female recently. The produced a alolan female. So I bred my female ninetales to a ditto that yielded the same results.Thus I have concluded the the offspring is solely based on the region your in.

I really wish nintendo would let us have stuff like your drawing^^
