SO AWESOME!! I'm such a sucker for this type of art I love use of multiple media programs. it looks drawn in photoshop, and the armor and hair seems to move in a flash kind of way, but how is the cape and bg moving? did you take 2 positions and applied a shape tween? and of course the mist and snowy sparkles are beautiful! I think if you're gonna improve it a bit you should make the snow a little more silvery in color closer to her eye color. I think it would look much more natural
