This sure is a different kind of portrait. O_o Those eyes are so captivating and full of sadness. This would look great even without the hand but the hand is making this even better. The dripping blood is shaped in a realistic way and the color of it is just perfect. I also like that you made it look like he has already tried to wipe some blood with his hand.
Β This might sound exaggerated to you but the way you drew his face, expression and tender hand pose really remind me of the way how Leonardo da Vinci used to paint. I really mean it.

haha yeah, i didn't intend for it to be a portrait though i just drew what came to me
i thought the hand would look good as if to add drama to the pic (and i also find blood to be of a pretty color and pleasant to paint lol)
