The girl looks pretty, but not very athletic. As well, that armor looks incredibly fragile and doesn't cover the vital organs well. The axe seems ill-suited to her height, whatever that height is. Regardless of gender, you need ot be very well-muscled to bear an axe of that size.

As well, the armor's flanges don't appear very practical; most flanged armor has it sloped to make glancing blows slide off, while these slopes on the armor would not direct the energy away efficiently.

Also, she is not wearing a helmet of any kind. This is bad, because arrows are real things. And they hurt/kill.
