haha Anyway, this is Miranda. She's a 23 year old girl who isΒ extremely shy but enjoys company. She's friends with the wind which sounds totally awesome! lol The air will come to her aid and can help her to fly or blow away enemies.

Well, most of the time it's just that I stumble upon the character and like their design, the story behind them helps a lot too.Β

But, you also would have to ask the artist who owns them to draw him or her or do you just surprise them?

I usually only ask if I'm also going to post it outside of deviantArt. Or I'll ask if I can post it outside after postingg it here.
Drawing someone else's character is like gift art or fan art, so I don't personally think you have to ask ahead. But it never hurts to do so.Β
This particular drawing was a thank you gift for a points donation. The guidelines for that I put on my page so I assume that anyone who gives me points will understand that I'll be drawing something for them.
