Nice - the blue tone makes it seem really relaxing, even though there was obviously a lot of speed captured here! Composition is nice too, it's got a strong foreground, which is always good!

I see this type of photograph all the time, but never with this color toning, adds a really cool effect.

I think it's getting special through the object in the foreground, which creates a contrast to the dynamic moving lights of the cars. Like the 'blue-sepia' on this one, it gives it a very good look.
