you wouldn't happen to be familiar with reiki would you? This symbol seems to be very similar to it. Where does your inspiration come from?

I am familiar with Reiki, though I'm not trained in it. My inspiration comes from Arabic, Oriental, Celtic and Midieval Germanic manuscripts, at least when it comes to lettering practice. Of course the types of lettering I practice effect my pen strokes and so those styles are represented within the symbols and sigils I create, and I'm pretty sure they influence my digital work as well.

They diffidently radiate something special. One can tell you put a piece of yourself in your work. I enjoy looking through your pieces, even if I've seen them several times there seems to be a new element to them each and every time. Not just your calligraphy but your graphite sketches have a life of their own as well.

ahh thats fine, i didnt end up doing it and i have to crossdress with my friends next year *sigh* and then after that im gonna be link from the legend of Zelda. its ok though i ended up being someting else anyway

I draw them all the time, but I don't post very many, as I usually draw them on lined paper in notebooks. I am going to be reworking a bunch of them on good paper in better (non-sketch) quality in the next month or two though, specifically for posting here.

I haven't discovered a specific meaning for this one yet, though It seems to radiate a feeling of power. Perhaps that is what it symbolizes. As for Magick, there are a lot of good resources on the Net, you might try the Sacred Text Archive. They have a lot of good items there. My main advice though is to remember that there are many Magickal styles and techniques out there, but not all of them are 100% 'right'. they are based on the same basic underlying philosophies and principles. look for the similarities between as many techniques and styles as possible, and you will quickly discover the true essence of Magick.

It kind of remainds me of a LOK (legacy of Kain) symbol, to me it ia a downside, though it can be a plus. Did you design it?

I did design it. I originally did it with a caligraphy pen, but the version I have here was done in paint shop pro as a vector graphic. I don't really know much about LoK, to be honest. I have no problem with it being done as a tattoo
