Bio
Victor is a retired Navy admiral. Born to the wealthy Andor family in Vermillion City, Kanto, he decided to join the Kanto Navy at a young age. It was there that he met a woman named Alicia, who worked as a nurse. After the Navy, the two of them got married and they moved to Castelia City in Unova, where they had a son named Harvey.

Having grown and lived near the ocean for so long, Victor has a love of the sea that is surpassed only by the love of his family. He owns a yacht which he often uses while traveling to other regions. His home in Castelia also has a large state-of-the-art aquarium where a wide variety of Water Pokemon reside. Victor changes his team often to make sure all of them get proper training.

Personality
He's stern and serious and although he doesn't smile that often, he's a fair and honest person and you can rely on him to do what it takes to get the job done. When it comes to training, he can be quite tough and pushes Pokemon to their limit.

Team

Bismarck (Shiny Swampert) - Despite his size, he's actually a real sweetheart. Though he's come a long way from a Mudkip, he is still a child at heart, but knows how to be tough when needed.

Kala (Lapras) - A gentle soul who is always reliable. Victor made Kala part of his team after he found her injured on a beach after surviving a fierce storm. She still has a wound on one of her rear flippers that has never healed.

Carina (Wooper) - A young Pokemon full of energy and curiosity. Victor has been training her and she tries her best to keep up with the rest of the team, although she still has a lot to learn.

Knorr (Slowking) - A very intelligent Pokemon who can also talk. Knorr has a calm personality and prefers to take things at his own pace, which is quite the opposite of the way Victor usually operates.

Tidal (Gyarados) - Victor's strongest Pokemon by far. Raised all the way from a Magikarp, Tidal is a force to be reckoned with. Tidal is the one Pokemon that never leaves Victor's team.

Valmer (Braviary) - The only Pokemon that actually doesn't belong to him. Valmer's original owner is Victor's son, Harvey, and he intends to give him back after the tournament concludes. Valmer is hard to train and doesn't particularly trust anyone besides Harvey.
