I guess someone finally bought Wade some ice cream. He is too adorbs, bless him, he looks dead freaky and badass in the concept art but he is just the naivest gimpiest most adorable thing. And Trevor just abuses him all the time

Trevor is my favorite character from the game (though I like all three protagonists) but Wade is my second favorite. He has an 'oh how cute' factor about him that typically only applies to small children and animals. He's kind of like a human pet if you think about it: he gets exited about small things like ice cream and follows you wherever you go. In the 'hang ten' mission, don't go right to the strip club. Instead, just fuck around for a while. Wade will follow you everywhere, even if you jump headfirst into the ocean.
Michael's family is terrible and Lamar is a shitty friend, but I could see myself hanging out with Trevor, Wade and Ron. They're such a strange trio.

Wade is loyal, its really sweet, and so is Ron, I think Trevor has kept them around so long for that reason really, since he values loyalty higher than most other things. Michael is my favourite but I agree his family are really dysfunctional, not that Mikey isn't partly to blame for that, but I just really love him still. But Trevor is obviously very high on my list too

Yeah I agree. I recently played through the game again, and I realized that Wade and Ron are really the only characters that never try to harm, betray or hold back the protagonists in any way.
Amanda cheats on Michael multiple times, Jimmy is always getting kidnapped or getting into trouble, Tracy is constantly acting out (she's definitely my least favorite character, I really don't care for her), and Lamar is holding Franklin back in addition to always getting captured (he's kind of the Ashley Graham of this game: whiny and always falling into traps).
Steve and Dave are asses who have Michael do all their dirty work for them, Devin is a complete prick who scams all three protagonists and then tries to kill Michael's family, and Stretch tries to get Franklin killed at least twice.
GTA V is one of my all time favorite games, but in my opinion a lot of the supporting cast sucks. Wade and Ron are the only supporting characters that I don't want to punch in the face.

To be honest, as true as all that is, Michael is far from blameless in how his family turned out, he's never really been a top husband/father, he alienates and neglects his family constantly and while that doesn't excuse their behavior either, Michael's influence on them has been pretty strong. Plus he was a bit of a hooker addict aswell, so, I don't think you can blame Amanda TOO much, fff. Hah his kids are assholes but I like Tracey more than Jimmy, just cause while they were gone she was the only one to actually check up on him to make sure he wasn't, y'know, DEAD or something. Jimmy didn't give a shit. Plus Trace makes it clear she does love her dad even if she does yell and backchat him all the time. Again, a product of the parenting.
I agree that a lot of the NPCs are dicks, pretty much everyone is, but I find everyone likeable at least in a small way for one reason or another

True. I'm not really fan of Jimmy either, but I like him a teensy bit more than Tracey just because of some of the things he says.
Although they both post some very amusing things on their (and on Michael's) Life Invader pages. They both accuse Michael of not knowing how to use the internet, and I found that really hilarious for some reason.
