Texkenian Tangela, The Tumbleweed Pokemon

Tangela in the Texken Region long since had to lose most of their body mass in order to preserve water in their bodies. However, due to this they are incredibly light and get blown away with a strong enough gust of wind, thus gaining the Flying type. They are constantly dizzy whenever they're on land, making them relatively easy to catch but they have tremendous attack speed as a trade off.
