Here is a Birthday Gift for my friend of her MLP Fan Character Lady Yin a Qilin Empress.She's a big fan of MLP with very wonderful and beautiful characters, I decided to make a Bust Portrait of one of them.

I'm actually surprised how well it turned out. Did the sketch free hand, no skeletons. The wings and scales however were tricky.
