Thanks, was a lot of effort and nights without sleep but it is well worth it. The other one was a few weeks before this one but I like to keep it here for contrast...

did you make the floor texture yourself or did you arrange them from something

I arrange them from something. I like cutting parts of a photo or a image from the pictures I got then arranging them to make the texture I need...

Thank you, still need to play with the lights a bit more. Specially since the main one is on the wrong side, is suppose to be on the window on the left. Dont know what I was thinking when I was half asleep, hehe. Will update this shortly... again XD

how many separate pieces for the wall and the room?

The walls are planes with holes in them for the windows and shelf. The supports and shelf pieces are just modified boxes. The window on the right is made of many boxes and 2 planes for the glass while the left one is a plane with some cuts and indentation. Still trying to keep everything as low poly as possible while still looking good. Since I have to make sure all polygons are quads or tris I'm deleting the faces that wont be seen by the player when I put them into the Unreal Editor such as the back polygons from the boxes. If you want a screen shot with the wireframe I can put one later when I put my next update...
