The lens flare is an odd effect. Isn't this a deep-sea environment? Where would light of that magnitude come from?
Otherwise, I really like this picture. Its simple blueness appeals to me.

When I was drawing this I thought that maybe the dragon wanted to go up for some air or attracted to the light of a fishing boat but didnt notice the serpent until it was to close. So it became trapped between chasing the serpent off or try to swim a few more meters till the surface and fly for as long as it can to escape also. Was suppose to be somehow deep but not too deep. Now that I look at it again a lighter blue on the dragon's side or a silhouette would show that better

Oh, you're welcome! One suggestion though; if you wanted to do a not-terribly-deep water depth, then the water wouldn't be that black unless it was night. The background would probably be closer to a medium blue.

Yup. I think I should had decided which one of the settings I was going for before starting to paint it. I usually end up confusing myself like it happen here when I go straight to putting something for the background
