Description Surprise gift for AguaRush11 of her chara. Agua.  I've been wanting to draw this character for awhile, but I wanted to wait until I improved enough or forgot; and with SAI's stabilization tool really getting me excited, I thought it was time.  She's such a pretty character! It was a blast drawing her.  Still working on the front legs and hands though...So inevitably I might be redoing this once sometime down the road.


About 2 1/2 hours.  SAI for everything except BG which was PS.

love the lines on this one. It blends very well. My only concerns where the legs and neck. They seem a bit rushed. The Biceps of the front legs seem a bit long, their elbow should be closer to its chest. An the area, between its knee and "other knee" (which is actually its ankle) is a bit long. 


And Its neck. Its is um, kinda short. If you are wanting to draw a Traditional dragon they have long, serpent-like necks. A dragon like toothless, however, has a short neck, but he keeps it bellow his shoulders, like a lizard. That makes this dragon seem a bit awkward, being a mix of the two. 


Love it though, great job! Just trying to help.

Thankies.  What parts looked rushed?  I'm still working on trying to get those front legs looking right.  I do agree where they look a bit too long.  SAfdjk I either make them too long or too short. D:  And as for the necks, I have tried to make them longer, but then they reminisce of my much older dragons and they, for me at least, don't look as swift that way.  I guess it's just my way of drawing things. Dx.

The legs are rushed. You should try making the neck longer, just practice sketching till you find something that looks good. And your welcome!!!!

Awesome! My family and friends know i love to draw so I have like, so many extra sketchbooks its unreal. Besides thouasands of extra junky paper my dad brings home from work. And alotta pencils. I have alotta supplies.
