Description ..Crunchy brownies!!!!'
Happy Birthday DracoFlameus !!!!!

I needed an excuse to redo  , so thought this was the perfect opportunity to do so. I was no longer (for a long time) happy with the childish features and the crappy anatomy from that one..plus the style is really old. DX SO YEAH. XD It was hard for me to stay tight-lipped about this to literally everyone. I mentioned things about the picture, but I didn't say what or who it was for.  

I'm really glad I was able to make this the best I possibly could, even with the compromises that had to be made to fit properly in the canvas without changing the aspect ratio (folded wings, curled tail). I tried some wing poses during sketching that would have allowed me to keep the tail extended, but the only way to do so would have been to extend the wings all the way, which would have made Draco's body much smaller in comparison.  Hope you like it and happeh epictasticalamazeawesomesauce birthday.

Haha yep. I don't think I knew her before she didn't have it there. I assume she used to? LOL she doesn't have it on FB either, so a slip earlier this summer was the only way I knew. LOL.  Haha thanks a bunch though. Dem running poses. Haha that's probably a good idea.

Abkeabwe! This was a huge surprise. I was keeping my birthday a secret and thought I was successful, but nope. You must have it marked on your calendar. e_e Ah, but this is so epic. *Coughs* Epictasticalamazawesomesauce. This is the pose you mentioned giving you a lot of trouble, though, isn't it? DF being a pain in the scales again. LOL THANK YOUUU! It really turned out great. And I gotta say, she looks fantastic in your new-ish style. I see tons of improvement from the old picture, too (and you got her tail right this time ).

Abkeabwe is now my new favorite surprise word. LOL Muahaha you thought you could keep your birthday a secret from the Lord Potanda? XD Well, in a text document, but close enough. XD Sounds like I was successful of talking nothing about it until the morning of. XD LOL Haha glad you like it a lot. Yeah, it is. The sketch took an hour alone and just everything was long and sometimes frustrating..Along with not working on it last weekend because of how I was feeling, so I pretty much crammed Monday through Weds morning to get it done in time.  I will say, DF, those scales on your arms, legs, hands and feet are the pain in the scales. LOL Those were seriously the hardest part of the whole thing, moreso than the pose, I think. But yeah, I think worth it in the end. Nuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu probleeeeeem. LOL that squee. XD  And thankieeee. Glad you think so. That old picture is cringeworthy to me. LOL I had no choice but to end my own suffering and make a new one. LOL (Yerrrrrp. XD I made sure to this time. XD)

But if she seals them in another dimension, then the brownies are also in that other dimension, so she's made things worse for herself by not recovering brownies. XD

This is a huge step in the right direction as far as your previous version of this picture is concerned. In fact, your artwork is truly magnificent and much better than any drawing I could ever make on my own. Perhaps I could learn from people like you and then I can find a way to improve, because there's plenty of room for it for me, but that's just me. You just earned yourself a watcher, by the way.

I honestly don't know what to say..other than thanks so much. It truly means a lot to read something like this and know someone feels this way about my art. Thanks a bunch.

I've been struggling with confidence issues lately with my own art, but even though I've rencently not been able to follow this rule, I'll tell it to you anyways. Always try and push yourself. Never say you'll never be as good as so-and-so. Don't make it a goal to be as good as them. Make it a goal to improve at your own pace.
