Description
For some reason whenever I try to draw Sprocket, she always winds up being twice as hard to draw than her boyfriend And usually twice as impressive. In any case, she's actually supposed to look a lot more impressive than Axle, so I guess that kinda works itself out...

Drawing an TFA femme is actually a little easier than drawing a mech, it turns out (well, it did for me anyway).

Things I kept in mind while drawing Sprocket in the design of TFA (again, only made by my observations on Arcee, Elita, and Black Arachnia--so far the ONLY femmes in the show):
1. The waist is TINY and the hips are a lot more curvacious than on a regular TF design.
2. Eyes are farther back, generally surrounded by shadow, and the helmet is made to fit around them.
3. The arms and legs are designed like a human female's--very slender and pointed, not that many harsh angles. Curves are mostly used, sharp angles are used sparingly unless for emphasis.
4. Feet are pretty tiny, and usually have noticable heels (not so much on Arcee tho).
5. The face shape isn't all stretched out, like a mech's can be. It's made to look feminine, which is also why lips are a lot more defined.
6. Small nose like the mechs. Usually right under (or part of) the helmet.

So why did I deliberately buck observation number 4? Because Sprocket is a reconaissance officer, and constantly running around with tiny little heels aren't going to get her anywhere fast. She's got BOOTS dammit XD

Oh, and I kinda had fun with those missiles, too XD Girls' gotta have PROTECTION y'know...(and she's gotta make up for the fact that her boyfriend has NO weapons to speak of... )
