Description
One of a series of photos I used in my second (and final) major for the year. Was meant to be making a comment on how humanity deals with endangered species, which is to stick them in cages, and to make a comment on animal cruelty. The wearble art piece that the model is wearing is also on display with the photos but i don't have any photos of just it (yet).Thanks to Ursel [link] for being my lovely photogenic model! and I will get copies to you soonish.
For those of you in Brissy i will post the dates the we will have our "Friends of Art Exhibition" in QUT's H block gallery as soon as I know dates, in case you want to come and view my and other people form my school's works.

The tail in this silver scaley-looking fabric that I have padded to give body, the top is made from an old tutu that I have "embroided" with beads, shells, fake-pearls, bells, and fake-shells. On her hands she has skin-tone knee-high stocking (to make it look like she has webbed fingers), two long strips of light weight fabric and two turtle shell arm bands. Unfortunatley I won't have any phots of the wearable piece for two weeks as my teacher is marking it and I won't see her until after th holidays.
I will do a serious hunt through my digital photos to see if there are any of the costume that i can submit.
