Okay, that' rules! Are they supposed to be fighting, or are they just tied together? Poor ladies!
The critic in me wants to say that your linework is a bit sloppy. I'd recommend either working on making it cleaner or sloppier, either more penlike or more brushlike. As it is, I think it's just looks lazy, quick, particularly in the hair.
However, that's just my opinion. Feel free to use or ignore as you see fit.
