1.probably until therapy
2. they probably send her to a bathroom that will allow her to pee and poop while keeping straight jacket on her
3.they must have made some sort of device to remove the gag and allow her to eat while keeping her restrained
4.they must have made build something into the straight jacket to put the asylum patient into the suit without said patient putting up a fight and made the straight jacket comfortable to wear.
