Technical and Historical Notes
Shortly after the “Break the World” Incident the GAT-04 Windam was introduced. With the newer Windams replacing many of the old Daggers the Earth Alliance saw the need to test out new striker packs. In that vien they reviewed their old striker packs and made a new series to be cheaper and superior. The first two were the Jet and Doppelhorn packs, meant to replace the Aile and Launcher packs respectively. When reviewing the Gunbarrel pack, it was decided to use the new mobile armor Exus as a base. With that plans were drawn up to convert the Exus Gunbarrels and boosters into a striker pack. Originaly Earth Alliacne Ace Neo Roanoke was supposed to pilot his customized Windam with this pack, but as Phantom Pain headed to Earth the pack design was dropped as it wouldn’t have been beneficial.
