Description
I have another Pokémon oc, meet Julio!Julio is an old, barely functional Genesect with he/him Pronouns that enjoys being around other Pokémon, he wears a yellow turtleneck (it has buttons on the back so he can put it on) and a well kept satchel.
Julio tends to knit and then give away whatever clothing he knits..... although its really not financially beneficial, he enjoys it anyways.
