Oh and somehow these two as you draw them have crept into my NaNo (the novel month thing) monstrosity. At least, I see them like this, even though as characters they play only small parts. So I'm plagiarizing both you AND Hussie. I feel accomplished. :> And wanted to let you know how infectious your head-canon is.

I think I agree with others on the tattoo. Even though it's just other concepts thrown together, hey, that's what most tattoos are anyways! If you want to get down to it, that's what everything is. Wow, deep. But yes. The main thing I like about this art is the organic look. His arm isn't just like, gray body paint, haha. And the dress is ripping off very naturally. He also doesn't have a studly back which is AWESOME because he's a grumpy old thing at very least, but we love him.
