(NOTE: There are several things I don't like about this that i'll be changing soon)Rawr first Mega Level i've done like this.
Megidramon is pretty cool.. I had a story that I was working on awhile back which featured one though it was FAR larger. It has wings but they are too small to allow flight, instead it burrows underground like Zilla.
Its wings are pretty tattered and underdeveloped and while they are useless for flight they can be used to shield him from attacks.
I really need to clean up my laptop or get a new one.. every project I do seems to push it farther and farther..

This could have turned out better.. but i'll probably keep working on it.

I hope one of the things you'll be changing is the head. I really love your style on these guys, but the "everything is a T. Rex" style is one I would prefer to distance myself from as far as possible.
I can't remember the name anymore (thank god), but there's a guy on deviant art who does these "Godzilla Neo-inspired" "redesigns" of various kaiju, and every single one of them is spikes + T. Rex head.
Seriously, KG is a three headed spiky T. Rex. Rodan is a flying T. Rex. Anguirus is a four legged T. Rex with spikes.
Anwyas, everything else is awesome, I especially like the tail, which looks sort of like a Shai Hulud or something. So cool.

I really like his realistic look and its hellish design,
Also the colors are really great, and really emphasized his evilness.

I like the other realistic Digimon, and for the most part like this one. It's just the proportions and the head to me seem off. Plus...I dont see the Hazard Symbol 0.o

Actually thats the look I was intending, i'm sorry if you don't find it appealing. The big head/neck is reminiscent of large theropod dinosaurs such as Tyrannosaurus [link] as well as the more slender arms. The wings as I stated are underdeveloped and cannot be used for flight, and the Hazard symbol just looked silly when I tried to incorporate it into a more realistic design.

Its a really awesome version of him, but one essential feature is missing. The second set of teeth as I remember there's a few teeth on his snout section
