Description
Opep Eberezzi, my attempt at drawing a freaky deaky Bleach character in honor of all the freaky looking characters Tite Kubo himself has come up with in the past (Some of these include):
Guenael Lee
NaNaNa Najahkoop
Askin Nakk Le Vaar
Mask De Masculine
Charlotte Chuhlhourne
(To name a few)

Opep's design was inspired by Askin Nakk Le Vaar and Guenael Lee, and although his abilities SEEM very Sternritter-like he is most definitely an Arrancar (As the Vandenreich doesn't exist in my story).

What is his ability? Opep is an Artist, everywhere he goes he has his "Magic Sketch Book" with him.
According to him whatever he sketches in his sketch book comes true: i.e. if he draws his opponent without a head their head with inexplicably be severed from their body.

In reality he has no such power, it just seems that way. This is because his real strength is his ability to make his foe BELIEVE that his powers are real by bluffing. He is able to distract his opponent long enough for him to make a lightning fast attack.
So he might SAY he is going to draw his opponent's head cut off, and then when their guard is down he decapitates them using sonido or whatever.

Just because he lies about his ability doesn't mean hes weak, it takes a great amount of precision, speed and silver tongue for him to be able to pull of his ruse against stronger opponents.

During the Neo-Espada's invasion of Soul Society Opep's opponent is Lieutenant Yachiru of the 11th division whom he is able to defeat effortlessly... in reality however she was not HIS desired target.

For nearly 100 years after Aizen's final attack on Soul Society Zaraki Kenpachi had isolated himself by traveling to Hueco Mundo in order to train until he was satisfied with his strength.
While he was there Syrus Vassago (Leader of my Neo-Espada) had sent Opep to watch him from the shadows and make sure he never stumbled upon their secret hideout beneath the ruins of what was once Los Noches.

Opep was ordered not to engage him in combat and so instead he simply observed him from afar, developing a sort of obsession for him (to kill him that is) and sketching him.

When the Neo-Espada were deciding who would fight against who when they finally attacked Soul Society Fenrir was immediately chosen to face Zaraki Kenpachi due to originally being Zaraki's Zanpakuto Spirit: (More on that here): arrancarfighter.deviantart.com… (Much to Opep's disappointment)

Much later, after the Neo-Espada have launched their assault on SS and Zaraki has been reunited with Fenrir, Opep (Having just defeated Yachiru) tracks him down, intending to finally battle the opponent HE wanted to.

It doesn't take long for Zaraki to see through Opep's "Special Ability" and despite Zaraki now being more powerful then ever he actually puts up a good fight, but not even his Resurreccion can stand up to the one true Captain of the 11th Division

This guy's main ability is being an expert liar.. however due to Zaraki's nature none of them really work on him at all.
He will often lie, stating that his Hierro is the strongest among the Neo-Espada.. this might cause doubt in weaker opponents which makes their attacks less focused/softer and unable to cut through his skin.
If he were to tell Zaraki this he would just consider it a challenge.
