Zommari Rureaux from Bleach in a Segunda Etapa form I designed for him. I've done a few versions in the past but this one is the newest and hopefully last.
I like it, I know the pink bits are kinda weird but I had to keep it similar to his normal Resurreccion.
Now hes faster then his base form and more powerful abilities then his Resurreccion.

Very cool. I could imagine him using those floating eyes around the battle to get in at different angles on people to use his amore (I think that's what it's called) on people or maybe even other things, like firing balas from them.
It would also be a very useful ability for his eyes to'reset' in a way, that is, give up control of whatever they hit so that they can hit an control something else.
Also, have to say, if he had faced almost anyone other than Byakua, he probably would've defeated them easily with his ressureccion, IMO.

i like this version better than the others, you should draw some fraccion segundas too, or draw arrancar forms of special hollows, like shrieker, or acidwire

This is more awesome than what Zommari actually deserves, I kid, I kid. Excellent work and, correct me if I'm wrong, can he manifest eyes outside of his body in this form? That's what it looks like with the eyes surrounding him.
