I tried to find similarity between heroines of Barbie films and ballet characters.Anneleise from "Princess adn the Pauper" could be Aurora from "Sleeping Beauty" (and her colours suit here perfectly).
Erika from "Princess and the Pauper" could be Paquita (she is also "peasant" and her character is well like Paquita's one).
Rosella from "Barbie as the Island princess" could be Nikiya from "La Bayadere"(she is also "close to nature" and sincere, and there is a sort of "triangle relations").

This is just awesome. Seriously. And interestingly enough, I could actually see Anneleise wearing that outfit, with only ONE edit, if at all: Make the skirt longer. Like, down to her ankles. (I have a copy of the movie... < : D)
