And no, it isn't modified. Her entire outfit is made of drag&drop pieces in the dress-up game (hundreds and hundreds of pieces layered one over another, it took me several hours to make, but I'm quite satisfied with the result).

Yes, for modified dolls I use Photoshop. When I started, I was only masking tiny modifications on ready dolls made in dollmakers, but recently I tend to use only bases and draw clothes by myself.
However I continue making dolls in dress-up games only too (if you are interested, you can look at them in this folder ).

And as far as the story's about faries, I wanted to make something nature-inspired - flower petals or, well, yes, butterfly's wings.
Soon I will post more accurate version of this dress drawn in graphical editor.
