Here is a new OC I adopted from . I was gonna make her a Hazbin Hotel OC, but I decided to change her up a little and make her a Monster High OC!
Echo Scarington is a cool banshee/ghost student who attends Monster High. She may be a bit of a rebel, but she is known for her taste in music!
