Oh that's Nomi! You see, Chihuahua and I are writing a roleplay about Nomi and Randy as parents, and we agreed that Nomi would want to be called "Dad" in Japanese. "To-san" is a way to say "Dad" in Japanese, or at least one way. :3

To-san is actually japanese and when it's translated it translates to "dad"
Oh, and To-san is Nomi.
Basically Daichi calls Nomi To-san and calls randy dad, so he doesn't mix them up.
