Texture created by and Damage maps are included. Her fans are prue white to make it look royality 
This Mod works only on Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition for PC!
You can directly download it here by pressing the download Button (If you want to save the Picture, right click on it -> Save Picture as [...] )
Copyrights goes all to Warner Brothers and NetherRealm Studios.
It replaces her original Costume 1 so stay safe you made a backup of your original file before copy this file into the asset folder.

Hi sorry for the late reply. Just copy the XXX file from the zip in your MKKE folder in this direction: Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition -> DiscContentPC -> Asset
Make sure you made a backup of your original file

No in MK9 you can't create new Characters. This is a recolor of original Kitana costume for working on Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition on PC.
