Description Silly silly girl. I was behind a bush taking pictures of some raspberries, and when I turned and took a step out there she was, coming out from across the yard. I sat instantly, and she instantly began stomping and blowing.

She'd walk towards me, stomping and blowing streams of deer snot-mist out, and I sat taking pictures. She came close enough the one time that I started getting kind of nervous, wondering if maybe I was between her and her fawn, and if she was going to go crazy on my ass. City deer really aren't that scared of people.

But she'd bound away, come back, bound away, come back, bound away a third time, then, you guessed it, come back again.

The lighting was failing and I didn't have a tripod, so the pictures are blurry. These were the best that I snapped.

it's not that blurry. In the end, what did she do?

In the end she ran away, blowing constantly; she probably had a fawn hiding in the bushes beyond. Such a silly girl though; I'm sure she knew what I was, but she didn't run away for quite a while. I probably sat out there for five minutes with her blowing at me the entire time, stomping her feet, bouncing like mule deer away only to come back again.
