The stance seems very JKD influenced which negates ritsoku-fushi's comments about fighting with open hands, a lot of styles advise against holding closed fists an even striking with them. Great pose, great picture.

I think it's better look when reduced, compared to the original size you worked on.
But then, the render is nice, shades and colors look quite good.
There a good personality in this girl, I like her a lot.

Great but her eyes are wandering.
Either she's not looking at her opponent or he's moving around in which case she'd maybe want to move her position as well.
All this stuff they show in anime looks cool but it's not right ...though i do it sometimes myself
Anyways the face is good the hair looks great, love the body proportions everything looks dandy and the colouring is good.
There aren't anydrawing probs...more so technical problems.
Like her fist....she shoudln't be fighting someone with such loose fists...but then again i do that too so...maye she's far away from her opponent
it'd be much more effective if she had a fist somewhere at least her ack hand but then agian i make all these mistakes in real life too....heh that's why i get my ass kicked in class
