Dear Friends, I am a longtime resident of that small town from which Mademoiselle Bisoux hails. Shlacksberg, Iowa, was appalled to learn of our head librarian being overpowered, bound and gagged, during the armed robbery that took place here last year. Two priceless treasures were lost---a 16th-century folio of color prints from the Dresden Art Gallery and a collection of letters by Leonardo da Vinci on loan from the New York Metropolitan Museum of Fine Art. Thank heaven, though, our beloved librarian came through the ordeal safe and sound. We love her more than words can tell, she's such a wonderful, caring woman! The thought of her having to spend that night tied up in the closet makes me cringe.
Yet, the thieves could have done worse. Bisoux could have done worse too. She did, in fact, acquit herself admirably, surrendering with grace in what must have been terrifying circumstances. One of the two robbers, a man in a black ski mask, brandished a handgun while the other, a female accomplice---a woman, can you believe it?---did the rope work. Among the three of them, enough good sense prevailed to avoid violence. Thank heaven for that.

You've nailed it! Not every woman to get bound and gagged is going to be the perfect blonde barbie, but they all look beautiful in their own way, especially tied up! And they all equally deserve to be rescued (eventually) as well!
