LOL. On the first one: in the future, just ask for easy open lids at the pharmacy, most places should have some. Depending on their computer system, they may even be able to mark it as a permanent preference in your patient profile. Alternately, push the lid down as hard as you can (possibly using the palm of your hand instead of grabbing it at the edges with your fingers), and then rotate it without letting up the pressure at all , before then lifting the lid off after you can't turn it any more; most of the time, this should get the lids off, even if they are somewhat adult-proof.
