This is intended to be a framing mimick of bakemonogatari, or more specifically of Senjougahara-sama. The angles, camera movement and shot cutting is an obvious giveaway. Besides, he even tagged this post with "SHAAAAAFT"...

Forgive me for being blunt,Β
But that's rude.Β
Maybe he doesn't read comments or wants people to find it themselves if they are really wanting to use it?Β

When I first discovered this gallery I went through each piece and saw he'd been asked about programs dozens of times without giving any answers. Β I thought maybe he'd answered before and didn't want to keep repeating himself. Β I suggested he write the names of the programs he uses in the descriptions and he gave me some long, string of bullshit which basically said: "it's the artist, not the tools." Β It would've been easier for him to just type the name of the program(s).
"What program are you using?" is probably the most common question asked on sites like this and youtube speedpaint videos and such. Β Amateurs and hobbyest ask this question because there are hundreds of art programs out there to choose from and they all take time and effort to learn. Β A person could end up wasting months learning a program only to find out that it can't do exactly what he needs or some other program does it better. Β A person might waste money on Maya when they could've gotten Blender for free. Β When a person asks,Β "What program are you using?" it is obvious that they like what they're seeing (a compliment) and feel that whatever program you're using might suit their needs. Β Most artists answer freely, which helps to narrow the field of choices from hundreds to a few. Β Other artists feed youΒ some crap like, "a real artist could make a masterpiece with toothpaste if he's good enough." Β This is just not helpful.
He doesn't owe anyone an answer, but giving one requires almost no effort -an extra 20 or so letters in the description-Β so why not just do it...?
