5 years ago I was in a psychiatric hospital for examination in order to confirm my disability for adulthood. And when I saw a doc film about a prison psychiatric hospital where dangerous patients "lie", I thought that such hospitals are somewhat similar to a high-security prison colony. But there is some difference. Can there really be "concepts" there? Then maybe they can sing "Vladimir central" or other thug songs in the hospital?
