You could always do Ticci Toby's canon girlfriend Clockwork . I know her story is pretty bad but the creator actually said the story was a work in progress. And plus I would love to see your redesign of her XD

No it’s not really. He could get hurt REALLY easily. Like people with the actual disease. It isn’t a super power. Like remember how he starts fucking chewing his hand off and acts like it’s no big deal? He can’t feel the pain. But it still has an effect. Like if you shot him. He wouldn’t feel it. But he would still bleed out. It’s why most people with it need like a bodyguard or something.
