YESH!!!

The poor weather'd part isn't that true, from wednesday till friday, when I was there, it was about 17-18 degrees in Celcius, I walked around all day without a coat or jacket (who expects it to be warm in England in winter, I only brought a huge winter jacket xDDD)

There's a great saying for it too. "If you don't like the weather in England. Wait 5 minutes." XDDD
