Description
Since it was recently Canada's 150th birthday, I wanted to paint something that represents a part of Canada that often gets forgotten about: the great north and the first Peoples who called this land home long before it was named Canada.

An Inukshuk (or Inuksuk) is a stone structure traditionally made by the Inuit people of Canada, Alaska, and Greenland. It was/is used as a land mark for navigation/travel and for hunting.
